There are 10 stalls in the main barn, each of them 12' X 12', with rubber mats over clay floors. Every stall
has a sliding door into the spacious aisle and crosstie areas, as well as a dutch door on the back of their stalls that
opens to the outside. This allows the horses to have a view of the outdoors, along with the fresh air, even if they
are kept indoors.

Our Philosophy
First and foremost, we want all of our boarders to have a comfortable and safe place to keep their horse. We believe
that if you go to the expense of owning and paying for the upkeep of a horse, you deserve to have a pleasant place to go when
you visit. We cater to an all adult group of wonderful, carefully selected horses and people. Everyone here is
friendly, polite and conscientious regarding
the needs and safety of other horses and their riders. One thing you will not find here is the gossiping,
rudeness or selfishness that you may have experienced at other boarding facilities. Everyone is free to ride in
their chosen style with no one thinking they are better or worse than anyone else. The art of horsemanship is an
ongoing journey that never ends. No matter how much you know, there is always more to learn. We encourage that
learning process. However, if you have a trail horse and prefer to ride bareback in a halter, as long as it's safe for
other riders, we have no problem with that either.

We custom tailor your horse's diet to keep him looking and working his best! The horses here are fed three times
a day, with grain and hay being fed morning and evening, along with hay and an extra water check at 9:00 PM.
We feed on a routine time schedule, as we believe this keeps the horses happier and healthier - they don't have to deal
with the anxiety of wondering when their next meal is coming. Because they are naturally grazing animals, this
keeps food in their systems on a regular basis which lessens the chances of ulcers or colic.
All stalls are well cleaned on a daily basis, with a sawdust/shavings mixed bedding added as needed. Paddocks are
cleaned periodically.

Weather permitting,
horses are turned out, if you'd like. Our paddocks are made of very safe, 3 rail vinyl fencing, and we generally turn
horses out in individual paddocks to avoid any injuries they might incur from being turned out with other more aggressive
horses or simply rough play. Also, the entire property is surrounded by chain link fence with an entry gate for visitors
so if a horse should get loose it can't get off the property and onto the roadway. Some people prefer to keep their
horses in and work them under controlled conditions, which is fine with us as well. Through their back doors, they can
enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
There are many
trails nearby if you are a trail rider - we have the Horse Hill Preserve approximately a quarter mile up the road with groomed
trails, and there is also the ability to get onto the power line trails and ride for hours.

Our indoor
arena is bright and beautiful - all double wall tongue and groove wooden construction, with 24 skylights and clear plastic
panels all the way around to let in the light. It is also fully lit in the nighttime hours if you prefer or need to
ride in the evenings. It is groomed weekly and has excellent footing. . The riding space is 120' X 60", and there
is a lovely, heated indoor viewing room for friends or family to hang out when you are riding.
Our current board rate, as of January 1, 2008, is $500/month. Please contact us with any questions
